THE WOOD WHARF BOOST SMOOTHIE
Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado
1 kiwi fruit
1 small banana
20g fresh spinach leaves
300ml soya milk
2 tsp honey
1 lime
Method
—
- Cut the avocado in half – remove the stone and scoop
out the flesh - Peel and chop the kiwi
and banana - Put all the fruit into a liquidiser along with the honey, soya milk, spinach leaves and lime juice
- Blend until smooth and serve
